I'm Kat Bernal, and I started Vanguard Labor Solutions because I've been where many job seekers are. I've worked as a server, in warehouses, and as an electrician on job sites, and I know what it's like to be the new person, hoping to find a place where you belong.

Every one of those jobs taught me the same lesson: people do their best work when they feel welcome and respected. I built Vanguard to make that the standard, not the exception. As a first-generation American, I also know firsthand that good job opportunities can be hard to come by.

That is why we started Vanguard. Our goal is to find and place workers in settings where they feel comfortable, because when a person is happy at their job, they are in a better position in life to provide for their family. That matters to us.

Our mission is to make it easier for our people to find those opportunities.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
